Q. How does your billing work?
A. I charge by the visit.

Q. What do you charge?
A. See services page.

Q. Do you charge a holiday fee?
A. Ordinarily no. Unless there is very short notice or limited availability for appointments. You may get special lower pricing for holidays!

Q. How many visits do you do a day?
A. Depending on the pet's needs, I recommend at leaste 1 or 2 visits per day.

Q. Will you come every three or four days for a cat or caged pet?
A. I prefer to come at leaste once a day for cats. Because illness can manifest with little warning I will have a waiver for you to sign if you request fewer visits.

Q. Will you stay at my house overnight by request.
A. No. Unless there is an extreme reason to do so (i.e.very ill pet).

Q. Can you provide referrals and documents for insurance and certifications?
A. Yes. Upon request

Q. Is there an extra charge for bringing in our mail and newspapers?
A. No, those are free additional services

Q. Will we know who is in our house?
A. Yes, I insist on meeting you and your pets at your home prior to beginning the job. I also take this opportunity to sign contracts receive keys, etc.

Q. Do you also housesit on a daily basis?
A. Yes, I also do daily checks on houses uninhabited by pets. I bring in the mail, packages, newspapers and walk through your home to make sure that everything is secure. The cost would be the same as petsitting listed on the "services" page.
